Vivre Group is in the business of inspiring and delighting customers through amazing F&B experiences.  We operate a Bali wide, direct to customer online gourmet grocery, through Vivre Gourmet.  We cater events of all kinds, at venues all over the island through Vivre Catering.  And we own and operate two of Bali’s most beautiful venues – Taman Bhagawan (Beachfront at Nusa Dua) and Puri Bhagawan (Clifftop with sunset at Jimbaran).

Vivre Group is looking for a Sales & Client Delight Manager, to lead a team of passionate individuals, to continue to deliver excellence for our existing customers, and grow our business by acquiring more.  Experience and a proven track record in leading a sales team, in food & beverage, and the use of digital sales & marketing tools is ideal.  But more importantly, the candidate should show a drive and commitment to go the extra mile to delight customers and win business.  

This position is open to Indonesian nationals only.

Responsibilities: 

  • Ultimately all Food, Beverage and Event Venue Sales & Client Delight related activities
  • Leading and Managing a Team of Sales Executives and Client Delight Specialists
  • Hunting!  Prospecting for leads.  Using Vivre Group’s CRM and database, leading the team to connect with prospective customers (B2B and B2C), to drive lead generation and win business.  
  • Farming  Using Vivre Group’s CRM, database and Tasting Room, lead the team to connect with Key Accounts and ensure we are their first choice of caterer and venue
  • Marketing for Sales success. Input and contribute to the provision of quality content for the marketing team to ensure maximum lead generation.  Photos, videos, thought articles/blog posts, and post event reports
  • Contracting and Payment Management.  Ensuring business won is contracted and paid up in compliance with company policy
  • Banquet Event Orders.  Ensuring confirmed events are quickly and accurately handed off to Operations, to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Product Development.  Work collaboratively with the F&B team for  the development of new products and services to drive revenue and growth.
  • Planning & Reporting.  Market surveys, SWOT analysis, Wallet opportunity and Revenue target and strategy.  Provision of quality reporting to the team, peers, management and shareholders on progress against the plan, including pipeline and revenue.
  • To perform any other related duties assigned by Management as needed from time to time.

Experience:

  • Possess Degree/Diploma in Business or Marketing with 3 years relevant experiences, preferably in hospitality / food & beverage sales
  • Great English is a must.  Many Vivre clients are from overseas.
  • Experience of leading/managing Sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
  • F & B experience, ideally of banqueting and events management.
  • Proactive, driven and goal oriented. 
  • Structured and have an eye for detail.
  • Vibrant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be able to work under pressure.
  • A natural leader and able to negotiate.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Google Suite application.
