Ingredients
- Rice 600gr
- Carrot 100gr
- Sweet corn kernel 100gr
- Green peas 100gr
- Spring Onion 50gr
- Egg 50gr
- Light Soy sauce 100gr
- Garlic 50gr
- Sesame oil 50gr
- Salt 35gr
- Pepper 15gr
Preparation – Vivre
- Heat oil on the wok or frying pan, sautee garlic until fragrant, add mixed Egg stir well.
- Pour Rice, carrot, corn and green peas. mix all together.
- Seasoning with soy sauce and salt & pepper. add spring onion for the last. stir evenly.
