  • Rice 600gr
  • Carrot 100gr
  • Sweet corn kernel 100gr
  • Green peas 100gr
  • Spring Onion 50gr
  • Egg 50gr
  • Light Soy sauce 100gr
  • Garlic 50gr
  • Sesame oil 50gr
  • Salt 35gr
  • Pepper 15gr

Preparation – Vivre

  1. Heat oil on the wok or frying pan, sautee garlic until fragrant, add mixed Egg stir well.
  2. Pour Rice, carrot, corn and green peas. mix all together.
  3. Seasoning with soy sauce and salt & pepper. add spring onion for the last. stir evenly.
