Ingredients
- Butternut Squash 300gr
- Mixed Capsicum 400gr
- Onion 200gr
- Whole Garlic 30
- Thyme 15
- Rosemary 15
- Salt 35gr
- Pepper 15gr
Preparation – Vivre
- Cut the vegetable in to chunky, then season with salt, pepper and oil.
- Arrange the vegetable in baking tray with whole garlic, thyme and rosemary
- Roast at 190’c for about 25 minutes
- Serve with rosemary on top.
