  • Butternut Squash 300gr
  • Mixed Capsicum 400gr
  • Onion 200gr
  • Whole Garlic 30
  • Thyme 15
  • Rosemary 15
  • Salt 35gr
  • Pepper 15gr

Preparation – Vivre

  1. Cut the vegetable in to chunky, then season with salt, pepper and oil.
  2. Arrange the vegetable in baking tray with whole garlic, thyme and rosemary
  3. Roast at 190’c for about 25 minutes
  4. Serve with rosemary on top.
