Ingredients

  • 100g White Cabbage
  • 50g white onion
  • 100g Besan Flour (Chickpea Flour)
  • 100ml water
  • 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Salt

Preparation – Vivre

  1. Slice/Shred cabbage and onion finely.
  2. in a seperate bowl add the flour, water and turmeric and mix well to make a wet batter
  3. Mix the two bowls together and add seasoning.
  4. in a hot sauce pan, add some oil and shallow fry pakora in tablespoon clumps until golden and crispy.
  5. Serve with mint yoghurt or mango chutney
