- 100g White Cabbage
- 50g white onion
- 100g Besan Flour (Chickpea Flour)
- 100ml water
- 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
Preparation – Vivre
- Slice/Shred cabbage and onion finely.
- in a seperate bowl add the flour, water and turmeric and mix well to make a wet batter
- Mix the two bowls together and add seasoning.
- in a hot sauce pan, add some oil and shallow fry pakora in tablespoon clumps until golden and crispy.
- Serve with mint yoghurt or mango chutney
- Plastic container/dipping bowl.
