Ingredients
- Leek 50gr
- Ginger 20gr
- Green Chili 5gr
- Garlic 20gr
- Cilantro Leaf 5gr
- Spring Onion 10gr
- Lime 40gr
- Minced Pork 500gr
- Soy Sauce 30ml
- Sesame Oil 15ml
- Salad Oil 50ml
- Honey 15ml
- Sweet chili sauce
- Salt & Pepper
Preparation – Vivre
- Finely chopped Leek, Garlic, Ginger, Chili and Cilantro leaf
- Mix together with the minced pork, add soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, lime juice & zest, stir until well combined.
- Roll the meat approximately 20gr each weight.
- Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add the vegetable oil, Cook the meatballs and don’t move them until they are brown on 1 side.
- Turn the meatballs and continue to cook, browning them on all sides, until cooked through, 2 to 3 minutes more.
- Serve Meatball on the small skewer and duck spoon with sweet chili sauce and sliced spring onion.
