  • Leek 50gr
  • Ginger 20gr
  • Green Chili 5gr
  • Garlic 20gr
  • Cilantro Leaf 5gr
  • Spring Onion 10gr
  • Lime 40gr
  • Minced Pork 500gr
  • Soy Sauce 30ml
  • Sesame Oil 15ml
  • Salad Oil 50ml
  • Honey 15ml
  • Sweet chili sauce
  • Salt & Pepper

Preparation – Vivre

  1. Finely chopped Leek, Garlic, Ginger, Chili and Cilantro leaf
  2. Mix together with the minced pork, add soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, lime juice & zest, stir until well combined.
  3. Roll the meat approximately 20gr each weight.
  4. Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add the vegetable oil, Cook the meatballs and don’t move them until they are brown on 1 side.
  5. Turn the meatballs and continue to cook, browning them on all sides, until cooked through, 2 to 3 minutes more.
  6. Serve Meatball on the small skewer and duck spoon with sweet chili sauce and sliced spring onion.
