  • Minced Lamb 1kg
  • Onion 100gr
  • Garlic 50gr
  • Parsley Leaf 20gr
  • Mint Leaf 20gr
  • Paprika Powder 50gr
  • Ginger Powder 20gr
  • Cumin Powder 20gr
  • Coriander Powder 20gr
  • Chili flake 10gr
  • Salt & pepper
  • Skewer small 50pcs
  • Micro Green 1pot

Preparation – Vivre

  1. Place minced Lamb, onion, garlic, chili flakes, mint, parsley, paprika, ginger, cumin and coriander in a bowl. Mix to combine.
  2. Shape 20 grams lamb mixture, thread onto satay lilit skewer (For Canape) Make about 50 Pcs. Place on a large baking tray. Cover. Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until firm.
  3. Heat an oiled barbecued plate on high. Add koftas. Reduce heat to low. Cook, turning occasionally, for 8 minutes or until cooked through. Transfer to a large baking tray. Cover with foil. Rest for 5 minutes. Serve. Garnished with micro green.
