Ingredients
- Minced Lamb 1kg
- Onion 100gr
- Garlic 50gr
- Parsley Leaf 20gr
- Mint Leaf 20gr
- Paprika Powder 50gr
- Ginger Powder 20gr
- Cumin Powder 20gr
- Coriander Powder 20gr
- Chili flake 10gr
- Salt & pepper
- Skewer small 50pcs
- Micro Green 1pot
Preparation – Vivre
- Place minced Lamb, onion, garlic, chili flakes, mint, parsley, paprika, ginger, cumin and coriander in a bowl. Mix to combine.
- Shape 20 grams lamb mixture, thread onto satay lilit skewer (For Canape) Make about 50 Pcs. Place on a large baking tray. Cover. Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until firm.
- Heat an oiled barbecued plate on high. Add koftas. Reduce heat to low. Cook, turning occasionally, for 8 minutes or until cooked through. Transfer to a large baking tray. Cover with foil. Rest for 5 minutes. Serve. Garnished with micro green.
