Ingredients
- Cantaloupe or Honeydew Melon 1kg
- Prosciutto 200gr
- Fresh Mozzarella or Bocconcini Ball 200gr
- Italian basil 50gr
- Canape Skewer
- Olive oil 100ml
Preparation – Vivre
- Using a fruit cutter, cut Cantaloupe into round shape, set a side.
- Wrap the bocconcini with slice prosciutto
- Sequentially skewer the bocconcini, basil and Cantaloupe. And coat with little bit olive oil. Canape ready to serve
