Ingredients

  • Cantaloupe or Honeydew Melon 1kg
  • Prosciutto 200gr
  • Fresh Mozzarella or Bocconcini Ball 200gr
  • Italian basil 50gr
  • Canape Skewer
  • Olive oil 100ml

Preparation – Vivre

  1. Using a fruit cutter, cut Cantaloupe into round shape, set a side.
  2. Wrap the bocconcini with slice prosciutto
  3. Sequentially skewer the bocconcini, basil and Cantaloupe. And coat with little bit olive oil. Canape ready to serve
