Ingredients
- Prep Cooked Rice 900gr
- Carrot 100gr
- White Cabbage 100gr
- Caisin 100gr
- Leek 50gr
- Egg 35gr
- Sesame oil 10gr
- Garlic 35gr
- Soy sauce 35
- Oyster Sauce 20gr
- Chicken Powder 20gr
- Salt 35gr
- Pepper 15gr
- Cracker 100gr
- Acar Pickle 100gr
Preparation – Vivre
- Heat oil on the frying wok, add Chopped garlic, egg, Carrot, Cabbage, Leek and Caisin sautee for a while.
- Add Rice, Stir well and seasoning with sauce, salt & Pepper and sesame oil.
- Adjust seasoning.
- Arrange the noodle on the plate then served with acar and cracker .
