- Garlic 50gr
- Salt 30gr
- Pepper 10gr
Preparation – Vivre
- Trimmed and cut green bean
- Blanch green bean with salted water set aside
- in a pan or wok, heat up oil then add garlic
- add green bean then sautee with salt and pepper
- arrange on plate and garnish to you liking
