  • Green Bean 1kg
  • Garlic 50gr
  • Salt 30gr
  • Pepper 10gr

Preparation – Vivre

  1. Trimmed and cut green bean
  2. Blanch green bean with salted water set aside
  3. in a pan or wok, heat up oil then add garlic
  4. add green bean then sautee with salt and pepper
  5. arrange on plate and garnish to you liking

  • Plastic container or vacuum bag
