  • Bok Choy 1kg
  • Garlic 100gr
  • Slice Mushroom 100gr
  • Tomato 50gr
  • Garlic Sauce sub recipe 200gr

Preparation – Vivre

  1. Cut the Bok Choy lengthwise
  2. Blanch the Bok Choy for about 35 second, then put in ice water, strain, set aside.
  3. Fried the chopped garlic until golden brown set aside
  4. Sautee Mushroom then set asdie
  5. Arrange the Bok Choy and Mushroom on the plate the pour the sauce and garnish with wedges tomato
