Ingredients
- Baby Corn 200gr
- Carrot 200gr
- Snow Peas 100gr
- Mushroom 100gr
- Oyster Mushroom 100gr
- Chinese Cabbage 200gr
- Garlic 50gr
- Spring onion 10gr
- Water 100ml
- Corn starch 100gr
- Sesame oil 50gr
- Salt 35gr
- Pepper 15gr
Preparation – Vivre
- Heat oil in the pan. Add garlic. Add vegetables ( Carrot, Baby corn, Mushroom, Chinese cabbage, Show peas )
- Sautee all ingredient, pour chicken stock, add Corn starch as a thickener
- Seasoning with sesame oil, Salt & pepper.
- Placed on the plate garnished with spring onion
