  • Baby Corn 200gr
  • Carrot 200gr
  • Snow Peas 100gr
  • Mushroom 100gr
  • Oyster Mushroom 100gr
  • Chinese Cabbage 200gr
  • Garlic 50gr
  • Spring onion 10gr
  • Water 100ml
  • Corn starch 100gr
  • Sesame oil 50gr
  • Salt 35gr
  • Pepper 15gr

Preparation – Vivre

  1. Heat oil in the pan. Add garlic. Add vegetables ( Carrot, Baby corn, Mushroom, Chinese cabbage, Show peas )
  2. Sautee all ingredient, pour chicken stock, add Corn starch as a thickener
  3. Seasoning with sesame oil, Salt & pepper.
  4. Placed on the plate garnished with spring onion
