Ingredients
- Rice Noodle 600gr
- Carrot 100gr
- White Cabbage 100gr
- Caisin 100gr
- Bean sprout 50gr
- Spring Onion 50gr
- Egg 50gr
- Oyster Sauce 50gr
- Tomato Ketchup 50gr
- Garlic 35gr
- Sesame oil 35gr
- Salt 35gr
- Pepper 15gr
Preparation – Vivre
- Soak the rice noodle then set aside
- Heat oil on the wok or frying pan, sautee garlic until fragrant, add mixed Egg stirr well.
- Add carrot, Cabbage and Caisin. Sautee for a minute. then add the noodle
- Seasoning with oyster sauce, tomato ketchup and salt & pepper. add spring onion and sesame oil for the last. stir evenly.
