  • Rice Noodle 600gr
  • Carrot 100gr
  • White Cabbage 100gr
  • Caisin 100gr
  • Bean sprout 50gr
  • Spring Onion 50gr
  • Egg 50gr
  • Oyster Sauce 50gr
  • Tomato Ketchup 50gr
  • Garlic 35gr
  • Sesame oil 35gr
  • Salt 35gr
  • Pepper 15gr

Preparation – Vivre

  1. Soak the rice noodle then set aside
  2. Heat oil on the wok or frying pan, sautee garlic until fragrant, add mixed Egg stirr well.
  3. Add carrot, Cabbage and Caisin. Sautee for a minute. then add the noodle
  4. Seasoning with oyster sauce, tomato ketchup and salt & pepper. add spring onion and sesame oil for the last. stir evenly.
