  • Chicken breast 500gr
  • Gem lettuce / baby romaine 100gr
  • mayonnaise 50gr
  • Cajun powder 30gr
  • Brioche mini burger bun 20pcs
  • Skewer 20pcs
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Salad oil 100ml

Preparation – Vivre

  1. Clean and trim chicken breast, Marinated with salt, pepper & Cajun powder
  2. Set the pan into medium heat, add oil and sear the chicken breast until it cook, or we can roast it in the oven for 15 minute at 160 degree heat.
  3. Slice the cooked chicken breast in to 4mm thick and cut into small pieces. Set a side
  4. Mix Mayonnaise and Cajun powder, and spread to the burger bun that already divide into 2 pieces
  5. Layer Gem lettuce on the bun, and layer the sliced chicken breast on top of it.
  6. Cover with bun, and stick it with skewer. Burger ready to serve
