Ingredients
- Beef Tenderloin Local 1 kg
- Pear 200gr
- Leek 50gr
- Sesame seed white 10gr
Bulgogi Sauce
- Soy Sauce 240ml
- Brown sugar 160gr
- Rice wine / Sake 90ml
- Sesame Oil 30ml
- Garlic 50gr
- Ginger 20gr
- Sesame seed white 20gr
- Chili dried 20gr
- Black Pepper 5gr
Preparation – Vivre
- Clean and trim the beef, slice it into 20gr each weight, Set a side
- For Bulgogi sauce, Mix and blend all the ingredients
- Soak the beef in bulgogi sauce and blended pear for about 2 hours
- Put the meat into the small skewer. and ready to grill
- When its cooked, Bulgogi ready to serve, Garnished with leek and sesame seed
