  • Beef Tenderloin Local 1 kg
  • Pear 200gr
  • Leek 50gr
  • Sesame seed white 10gr

Bulgogi Sauce

  • Soy Sauce 240ml
  • Brown sugar 160gr
  • Rice wine / Sake 90ml
  • Sesame Oil 30ml
  • Garlic 50gr
  • Ginger 20gr
  • Sesame seed white 20gr
  • Chili dried 20gr
  • Black Pepper 5gr

Preparation – Vivre

  1. Clean and trim the beef, slice it into 20gr each weight, Set a side
  2. For Bulgogi sauce, Mix and blend all the ingredients
  3. Soak the beef in bulgogi sauce and blended pear for about 2 hours
  4. Put the meat into the small skewer. and ready to grill
  5. When its cooked, Bulgogi ready to serve, Garnished with leek and sesame seed
