  • Garlic
  • Maizena
  • Salt 35gr
  • Pepper 15gr

Preparation – Vivre

  1. Trimmed and cut all vegetable
  2. Blanch all vegetable then set aside
  3. Cut the egg tofu the sear both side in a pan set aside
  4. In a pan or wok, heat up oil then sautee garlic
  5. add the vegetable the add a little bit of water to help to stir fry easily
  6. mix water and maizena the pour into the pan or wok to thicken the sauce
  7. adjust the seasoning
  8. put the vegetable on the plate then top with egg tofu.
