Ingredients
- Carrot
- Broccoli
- Baby Corn
- Ear Mushroom
- Snow Peas
- Egg Tofu
- Garlic
- Maizena
- Salt 35gr
- Pepper 15gr
Preparation – Vivre
- Trimmed and cut all vegetable
- Blanch all vegetable then set aside
- Cut the egg tofu the sear both side in a pan set aside
- In a pan or wok, heat up oil then sautee garlic
- add the vegetable the add a little bit of water to help to stir fry easily
- mix water and maizena the pour into the pan or wok to thicken the sauce
- adjust the seasoning
- put the vegetable on the plate then top with egg tofu.
