Ingredients
- Baby Bokchoy 1kg
- Chopped Garlic 200gr
- Maizena 100gr
- Sesame Oil 100gr
- Tomato 45gr
- Salt 35gr
- Pepper 15gr
Preparation – Vivre
- Trimmed and cut Baby Bok choy
- Boil baby bokchoy then set aside
- in a pan fry a half recipe of garlic for garnish, set aside
- in another pan heat up oil the sautee garlic
- add water and sesame oil
- mix maizena and water then pour to the pan to thicken the sauce
- arrange bok choy on plate then pour the sauce
- sprinkle fried garlic and add wedges of tomato as garnish
