  • Baby Bokchoy 1kg
  • Chopped Garlic 200gr
  • Maizena 100gr
  • Sesame Oil 100gr
  • Tomato 45gr
  • Salt 35gr
  • Pepper 15gr

Preparation – Vivre

  1. Trimmed and cut Baby Bok choy
  2. Boil baby bokchoy then set aside
  3. in a pan fry a half recipe of garlic for garnish, set aside
  4. in another pan heat up oil the sautee garlic
  5. add water and sesame oil
  6. mix maizena and water then pour to the pan to thicken the sauce
  7. arrange bok choy on plate then pour the sauce
  8. sprinkle fried garlic and add wedges of tomato as garnish
