Ingredients

  • Egg Noddle 900gr
  • Carrot 100gr
  • White Cabbage 100gr
  • Caisin 100gr
  • Leek 50gr
  • Egg 35gr
  • Sesame oil 10gr
  • Garlic 35gr
  • Soy sauce 35
  • Oyster Sauce 20gr
  • Chicken Powder 20gr
  • Salt 35gr
  • Pepper 15gr
  • Cracker 100gr
  • Acar Pickle 100gr

Preparation – Vivre

  1. Blanch egg noodle the tossed with vegetable oil, set aside
  2. Heat oil on the frying wok, add Chopped garlic, egg, Carrot, Cabbage, Leek and Caisin sautee for a while.
  3. Add Noodle, Stir well and seasoning with sauce, salt & Pepper and sesame oil.
  4. Adjust seasoning.
  5. Arrange the noodle on the plate then served with acar and cracker .
