  • Mushroom Champignon 1kg
  • Onion 150gr
  • Garlic 50gr
  • Thyme 10gr
  • Cooking cream 500ml
  • Butter unsalted 100gr
  • Parmesan Cheese 60gr
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Vol Au Vent 60pcs

Preparation – Vivre

  1. For the filling, heat the butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. Sauté Garlic, Onion and thyme for 3 minutes. Add the mushroom fry for a further 6 minute.
  2. Add the cream and Parmesan and cook for 3 minutes until thickened slightly. Remove from the heat and season well.
  3. Spoon the filling into the vol-au-vent cases and scatter with the extra thyme before serving. And Micro Green
