Ingredients
- Mushroom Champignon 1kg
- Onion 150gr
- Garlic 50gr
- Thyme 10gr
- Cooking cream 500ml
- Butter unsalted 100gr
- Parmesan Cheese 60gr
- Salt & Pepper
- Vol Au Vent 60pcs
Preparation – Vivre
- For the filling, heat the butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. Sauté Garlic, Onion and thyme for 3 minutes. Add the mushroom fry for a further 6 minute.
- Add the cream and Parmesan and cook for 3 minutes until thickened slightly. Remove from the heat and season well.
- Spoon the filling into the vol-au-vent cases and scatter with the extra thyme before serving. And Micro Green
