  • Leek 60gr
  • Onion 60gr
  • Garlic 30gr
  • Mozzarella cheese 100gr
  • Bread crump 1kg
  • Multi purpose flour 500gr
  • Egg 5 pcs
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Mayonnaise 50gr
  • Micro green 1 pot

Preparation – Vivre

  1. Heat oil on the pan, Sautee garlic, onion, leek and mushroom, seasoning with salt & pepper. Set a side
  2. Rounded mashed potato and stuffing with sautéed mushroom and mozzarella cheese.
  3. breaded it with flour, egg, and bread crumps.
  4. Fried it into golden brown color. garnished with mayonnaise and micro green.
