Ingredients
- Beef Ham 500gr
- Asparagus 500gr
- Onion 60gr
- Garlic 30gr
- Cooking Cream 300ml
- Carrot 100gr
- Green Peas 100gr
- Thyme 6gr
- Cooking Oil 50ml
- Vol Au Vent 50pcs
- Micro Green 1pot
- Salt & pepper
Preparation – Vivre
- Heat oil on the pan, sauté garlic, onion, chopped thyme, ham, carrot. Pour cooking cream and green peas for the last. Seasoning with salt & pepper. Put a side.
- Peel and clean the Asparagus, blanch for few second and soak on the ice water to keep the color.
- Layer Vol Au Vent on tray, stuffing with sautéed ham, and asparagus on top and garnished with micro green.
