  • Minced Lamb 600gr
  • Onion 100gr
  • Kyuri (Japanese Cucumber) 200gr
  • Mint Leaf 10gr
  • Coriander Powder 10gr
  • Tomato sauce 200gr
  • Mayonnaise 50gr
  • Brioche slider mini bun 24pcs
  • Salt & Pepper

Preparation – Vivre

  1. Mix minced lamb, chopped onion, coriander powder and mint leaf, seasoning with salt & pepper in the mixing bowl until well combined. Make it round shape around 25 gr weight each pcs
  2. Heat oil on the pan, searer the meatball, add tomato sauce and seasoning with salt & pepper
  3. Layer sliced cucumber in the middle of the brioche, stuffing the meatball in between it. And stick it with skewer.
