  • Lumpia Skin 3 pack
  • Vermicelli – Bihun 1 pack
  • Bean Sprout 500gr
  • White Cabbage 1kg
  • Carrot 500gr
  • Leek 250gr
  • Onion 250gr
  • Garlic 100gr
  • Ginger 50gr
  • Egg 1 pcs
  • Soy sauce 100ml
  • Sesame oil 60ml
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Cooking oil 1lt ( to fried )

Preparation – Vivre

  1. Preheat Wok and add cooking oil, Start by adding Onion, Garlic & Ginger, toast in the wok for 30 seconds than add all the vegetables leave bean sprout for the last.
  2. Add blanched vermicelli and toast in the wok. Seasoning with sesame oil, soy sauce, salt & pepper. and stir the vegetables and vermicelli to combine. Set a side when its cooked
  3. Cut spring roll skin into 2 pcs. Start to roll the cooked vegetables into the spring roll skin and stick it with egg.
  4. Heat pan with cooking oil and start to fry it for about 4 – 5 minutes until it golden brown. Serve Lumpia with sweet chili sauce.
