Ingredients
- Prawn U35-40 3000g
- Chorizo Gremolata 900g
- Parsley 10g
- Garlic 6g
- Lemon 30g
- Skewer 60 pcs
- Olive oil 500 ml
- Salt 10g
- White pepper 5g
Preparation – Vivre
- For Gremolata : mix Parsley, garlic, lemon zest together with olive oil, seasoning with salt & pepper
- Stick on the skewer Chorizo and sauteed prawn, set on the small dish.
- Glaze with gremolata and garnished with micro green.
