  • Prawn U35-40 3000g
  • Chorizo Gremolata 900g
  • Parsley 10g
  • Garlic 6g
  • Lemon 30g
  • Skewer 60 pcs
  • Olive oil 500 ml
  • Salt 10g
  • White pepper 5g

Preparation – Vivre

  1. For Gremolata : mix Parsley, garlic, lemon zest together with olive oil, seasoning with salt & pepper
  2. Stick on the skewer Chorizo and sauteed prawn, set on the small dish.
  3. Glaze with gremolata and garnished with micro green.
