Ingredients
- Pork neck 1200g
- Carrot 250g
- White cabbage 200g
- Onion 100g
- Ice berg 100gÂ
- Mayonaise 30g
- BBQ Sauce 60g
- Brioche Mini Bun 60 pcs
- Skewer 60 pcs
Preparation – Vivre
- Mix The pulled pork with BBQ sauce, seasoning with salt & pepper. Put a side
- For coleslaw, On the bowl mix carrot, White cabbage and onion together with mayonaise.
- Spread the bun with BBQ sauce, put ice berg, coleslaw and pulled pork cover with bun and stick it with skewer.
