  • White cabbage 200g
  • Onion 100g
  • Ice berg 100g 
  • Mayonaise 30g
  • BBQ Sauce 60g
  • Brioche Mini Bun 60 pcs
  • Skewer 60 pcs

Preparation – Vivre

  1. Mix The pulled pork with BBQ sauce, seasoning with salt & pepper. Put a side
  2. For coleslaw, On the bowl mix carrot, White cabbage and onion together with mayonaise.
  3. Spread the bun with BBQ sauce, put ice berg, coleslaw and pulled pork cover with bun and stick it with skewer.
