Ingredients

  • Granary Bread – Sliced 2 loaf
  • Bacon 250g
  • Avocado 1000g
  • Lemon10 ml
  • Alfafla Sprout 1 pack
  • Sandwich Skewer 60 pcs
  • Prawn – U-30/35 500g

Preparation – Vivre

  1. Preheat the Oven. Set temperature 200C.
  2. Bake the bacon until brown and crunchy (around 15 minutes).
  3. Cut the bun in half and toast in the toaster oven for 5 minutes. Spread each half with mayonnaise.
  4. Assemble the rest of the sandwich starting with a handful of alfalfa sprouts, 3 slices of avocado, 2 pieces of bacon and top with shrimp.
