  • Crab Meat 500gr
  • Tomatoes 100gr
  • Carrot 100gr
  • Japanese Cucumber 100gr
  • Spring onion 60gr
  • Watercress 200gr
  • Dill 10gr
  • Lemon 1pcs (150gr)
  • Mayonnaise 80gr
  • Sandwich skewer 15cm
  • Salt & pepper

Preparation – Vivre

  1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, chives, carrot, cucumber, tomatoes, chopped dill and lemon juice. Add crabmeat; stir with a fork to combine. Stir in white pepper and salt.
  2. On the Baking Tray, arrange the whole meal slice, then spoon and spread the crab paste over 6 of the slices. Pile the white meat over, Add watercress on top of crab mixture, then top with the remaining bread. Cut the crusts off, and serve halved or in small triangles or squares with lemon wedges on the side.
